Sea buckthorn
Sea buckthorn is a famous herb; it is a wildlife habitat plant. Its local name is Sanddorn, Saule Épineux, Sea Buckhorn, Sceitbezien, Sea-Buckthorn.
This herb is usually found in Himalayas, Tibet, China, Russia, and Europe etc it is grown at the high altitude and can sustain dry tough weather conditions like -40 to -43 degree temperature.
It is a rich source of vitamin C, A, and E, beta-carotene. This is rich source of vitamins, antioxidants, essential amino acid, fatty acid and minerals for improving blood pressure, lower cholesterol, boosting immunity, healthy skin, good eyesight, anti-aging, asthma, cough and cold, and many more.
This plant fruits, flowers even leaves are used to make medicine. Some people use its fruit berries and leaves for skin problems like eczema, tanning, acne, sunburn etc.
Its fruits are used for making juice, sauces, jellies jams etc.
